Bad process.they dont even look at our resumes and face also,just saying "NEXT,NAME?,START,OK",REPEAT..........,just tell self intro and sit from a large crowd and at last ,they told us "NO ONE SHORTLISTED".really dissapointed and all returned.

Te citan en persona para una entrevista técnica de una hora y a los 10 minutos te dicen que ya con eso es suficiente, siempre te entrevistan indios, no tengo idea de cuál sea su criterio pero es realmente irrespetuoso que te hagan trasladarte a sus oficinas, pierdas todo el día por su culpa y ni siquiera tengan la decencia de considerarte para el puesto, por mucho la peor experiencia que he tenido, les recomiendo no pedir empleo aquí y si lo hacen traten de hablar con un entrevistador mexicano, los entrevistadores indios son nefastos

the first round was the aptitude round and second round was communication round and third round was interview round and it was basic question asked by interviewer and it was easy you should be confidence and speak clearly and loudly be confident while attending the interview .it was good to exp to attend such interview .
