The first round is a technical interview with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assess my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. The second round involves an interview with the lead and manager to evaluate my fit within the team and alignment with company goals. The third round is an HR round that includes a discussion on salary and benefits negotiations.

Telephonic interview and then Hr interview for referred employees. It was pretty easy because the interview was on the technologies i already worked . The offer processing took some time which was the negative side of the interview.
