Applied through referral. First round was with Practice Head, discussion was on automation and also project planning. After followups second round conducted, it was panel discussion with Practice Head and Test Architect. Then recruiter told that, next round of discussion will be with GM. It was told to me that GM is out of India, once he is back next round will be conducted. Later on it is told that waiting for approval from senior management and they are creating new position. From Nov 2013 till now i.e March 2014, it is same status. Recruiter stopped picking up phone and not replied to emails.
