1st they took the Telephonic Discussion. After that followed by 2 rounds of Face to face discussion. After that had a HR round. offer letter took lot of time
First the HR calls, gets a quick connect done. They explain about role and location etc. If we agree then there are 2 rounds of technical. After tech rounds third is HR to do a finalize nego round.
