Solicité el puesto por otro medio. Acudí a una entrevista en Wipro (Hyderabad) en ene 2024
Entrevista
2 rounds of interview , both rounds to check technical knowledge , overall good but sometimes I faced issues with connection with the portal, but when I contacted the support team it was rectified
I interviewed at **Wipro** in December 2022, and overall it was a calm and positive experience. The interview started with a self-introduction, after which most of the discussion was based on my resume. The interviewer went through my projects in detail and asked questions related to the work I had done.
The technical discussion was mainly focused on my projects and how I approached different problems. The interviewer was very polite and supportive throughout the conversation, which made the interview comfortable and helped reduce nervousness.
Toward the end, the interview shifted to HR-related questions. I was asked how I would handle conflicts within a team, how I manage time pressure, and whether I would be willing to travel or relocate as per the company’s requirements. I answered honestly and explained that I believe in resolving conflicts through clear communication and teamwork. I also shared that I am open to relocation if required.
Since it has been a long time, I don’t clearly remember if any other questions were asked. Overall, the interview felt more like a discussion rather than a strict evaluation. It focused on understanding my projects, approach, and attitude.
If you are preparing for **WILP**, stay calm, be clear about your resume and projects, and don’t stress too much. Good luck!
