I submitted my resume in response to their Indeed.com job posting for a position at HQ in the proposal department and the next day I was contacted to arrange and in person interview that week. Seemed like a company on top of their game. When I actually was in the interview it was a different story. I showed up on time to a very chaotic office environment. The CEO and manager I would have worked under were the people I was supposed to interview with and long story short is they tagged teamed my interview very badly. One person in the interview while an other out and then both together for a little bit as they ran to and from other meetings/obligations. Very unprofessional and I often times was repeatedly answering the same questions over and over again, because of how unorganized everything was. They were kind and apologetic for this before I left...only after spending over and hour of my time. I did not receive formal follow up for almost 20 days (I called and reached out to the hiring manger before this) and when I was informed I did not get the position. The reasoning was simply...the CEO did not feel you were a fit for what he is looking for in the position. It would have been nice to be given more feedback, but I suppose that might have been difficult to do considering the way my interview played out in the first place.
