Interviewed once in person and five times over the phone/video. Many questions were repeated over the interviews and they were all conducted by the same person that took place over a period of almost 45 days. The owner does not appear to have it together and I am taking it as a blessing not to work with her. She states personal things during the interviews and tells you “you are my favorite candidate” after stringing you along for the longest interview process ever. 0/10 do not recommend.
