The process started by filing out the application form and waited for 30 minutes before they give the examination. When I've completed the exam, they instructed me to came back in the afternoon for the initial interview.
Initial interview is like a cozy and casual conversation with their HR Personnel. Then, the personnel endorsed me for the Hiring Manager's interview.
After 1 week, HR informed me that my qualification is good but they can't give my expecting salary range. I'm not sad for not getting the role but more of dissapointed as it feels like we both wasted our time, resources, effort for facilitating/attending interviews and take into consideration that as an applicant, I'm also being at risk for covid 19 since the head office is located in San Juan City. If they have conducted a phone screening, salary range and other information of the candidate will be determined and may filter candidates to proceed with series of interviews. (I hope you may consider this)
