Interviewed with 6 different people plus a case study, and then was ghosted which is pretty unprofessional. Seems like not a great team or company to work for, but compensation would have been pretty good.

You submit an online application and your resume; the recruiter screens your qualifications and contacts you if your background aligns with the role.
Wells Fargo. A typical next step is a phone or video screening with a recruiter (or hiring manager) to review your work history, motivation for the role, and fit with the team. If you move forward, you’ll likely participate in one or more in-person or virtual interviews (often panel style) where behavioral (using the STAR method) and situational questions are common. For many associate-level roles, there may also be a brief assessment (skills, personality) and then a background and employment verification check before any offer is extended. Finally, if selected, you receive the offer and should consider the role’s responsibilities, culture and benefits before accepting — the company emphasizes fit as well as competence.
