I had interview with 2 branch managers… I’d interviewed for this position twice before and the DM was also there . I didn’t get offers then
But I spent a lot of time preparing for this one and did receive an offer .

1- cross collaboration with partners
2-angry or upset customer and your turned it around
3-example of doing the right thing /how you achieve sales goals while doing right thing
4- example of conflict and how you overcame it

The interview process starts with a phone interview (screening process) then if you make it through the first round, you'll be invited for a second interview with the branch manager, district manager, and sometimes FA manager. The branch manager is the manager you will report to. Sell yourself to the DM, or FA manager. They generally have the deciding vote.
