I gone through 4 rounds of interviews , 2 technical, 1 managerial round and last HR round. Interview well planned and organized. All good and thanks for giving the opportunity.

Interview process is mostly short with 2 rounds, Initial round will be with the immediate reporting manager + Scrum Master. There will be mainly focusing on the Scrum Process, Challenges, Team dynamics. This will be based on your past experiences. Second round will be with the Business head or Senior Agile Coach. Mainly they will look for communication, techniques used for conflict resolutions, Tools and Techniques ( Jira, Align, Confluence) . Knowledge on Agile maturity assessments (how they are done or how they are designed). Stakeholder relationship like other PO's and teams. Training and skill set evaluation. Though it sound complex, it was easy for me. But to shortlist your CV is a task... Good luck!
