submitted an application online through their website and was contacted by one of their in-house recruiters. phone screen took 30 minutes, basic questions...and then the recruiter arranged a face to face with one of the floor supervisors. face to face lasted 1 hour, again basic questions and "what would you do" scenarios. after the interview, received an offer call from the recruiter within 72 hours.

what are 3 things you feel you could improve upon?
It was a pleasant interview process. Interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. there were 3 interview rounds total. They asked questions you’d expect on behaviorals and technicals side.
It had three rounds technical which is tricky. Pls prepare well for that. On DSA and architect. Even in managerial round also it has technical. All are complex and Java oriented.
