Short and the questions were pretty easy to answer. Just study before you go in and you should be fine. Study the star method and think about past jobs so you have examples ready.

It was a phone call pretty quick and simple, asked about my availability and tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Tell me how you multitask and work with different computer screens.

Tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.
