Phone screen and 30 min interview. The interview was face-to-face in the office where eventually I would be working. small meeting room one interviewer. The interview was with one of the team leads.

Toughest call you ever had, tell me about a time you went above and beyond on a call.
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

Not organized, was told by the gentleman interviewing me that they did not know they were supposed to be interviewing and that the person who was supposed to called in. We both knew it was a waste of our time.
