First online test is a horrible experience that totally depends on your luck.
Second interview varies from person to person. Few get easy questions, few get difficult questions but overall starting from basic to intermediate. 2 easy or medium problem solving from easy to medium problems from LeetCode. Then start from basic questions if you can answer them, then interviewer will go for medium questions.
MCQ Test questions were standard. Wel balance of DSA, OOP, Analytical and mathematical questions, also there was question from designing. Everything was nicely handled with employees. They would call you one by one based on best scorer that’s a good one.
Conducts an excessive number of interviews but offers positions only to senior candidates. Additionally, they seem to for issues in every aspect. I am merely attempting to apply for a trainee position.

Interview process is a complete waste of time. election seems predetermined. It feels like they already have their 'preferred' candidates, and the interview is just for show. If you're serious about your career, focus on preparing for other companies that genuinely value skill and effort. Avoid wasting your valuable time here.
