Entrevista
There were three stages in their recruitment.
1. MCQ step: The questions were related on the basis of database, oop, networking, code snippet, problem solving, mathematics etc.
2. 1st round interview: There are 2 steps in this process.
The WellDev Recruitment Team will evaluate 2 outputs for shortlisting the candidates for the first assessment level as follows
a. General Viva - Their Recruitment Team conducted
an interview session with me to know more about
myself, my area of interest and motivation.
b. Technical Viva - Technical Team conducted an
interview session with me to know more about my
technical areas. (One interviewer)
3. 2nd round interview/ Final session: Their Recruitment Team conducted an interview session with me to know more about my personal and technical areas. (Two interviewers).
It takes too much time between every single phases(at least 4-5 weeks).

Pregunta 1
1st Technical viva:
Based on *Basic oop (four basic oop concepts and their usage )
*(Data structure(heap, queue, stack),
*Algorithms (binary search, bfs, dfs),
*Database (key, crud, joining, sql, nosql).
2nd Technical viva: Same as before + They share a doc where the problem had to be solved.
Noted: ***It is important to be proficient in English
Two interviews in the first round. One with the HR and one with two software engineers. The interviewers were engaged and respectful. It felt less like an interrogation and more like a collaborative conversation.

Pregunta 1
HR asked behavioral and situational question.
The technical portion involved solving two programming problems.
The interview was conducted online in a multiple-choice question (MCQ) format, primarily designed to assess fundamental core concepts of Computer Science, such as Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and essential programming skills. It tested problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and understanding of core programming principles.
A MCQ test at first. Then they take 3 more rounds. In MCQ test there was 40-50 mcq. Time was 60 minutes. All the questions were very basic. There were also questions from gk and basic math.
