I recently had an interview experience with Webindia, and I must say it was quite a disappointing encounter. Here are some of the negative aspects that left a lasting impression: Punctuality Issues: Webindia consistently displayed a lack of respect for my time by joining every call approximately 30 minutes late. This disregard for punctuality not only wasted my time but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism on their part. Misleading Salary Expectations: The company scheduled my interview with the promise of a salary that matched my expectations. However, after the interview process was concluded, they informed me that they couldn't meet the salary they initially offered. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on their honesty and transparency. Wasted Time: I invested two days of my valuable time in the interview process with Webindia. Regrettably, this investment did not yield any fruitful results. Such a prolonged and ultimately fruitless interview process is inconsiderate and inefficient. Unprofessional HR: Throughout the interview process, I encountered HR representatives who were exceptionally rude in their communication. Their unprofessional behavior left a negative impression on me and raised concerns about the company's overall work culture and values. Coercion to Accept Offer: Webindia put undue pressure on me to accept their offer, citing personal reasons such as my marital status as a factor. This unethical attempt to manipulate my decision-making process was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Unrealistic Experience Requirements: The company's insistence on hiring candidates with 10 years of experience but offering a budget more suitable for someone with only 2 years of experience is both unrealistic and impractical. It reflects a lack of understanding of the job market and industry standards. In conclusion, my experience with Webindia was far from satisfactory. The company displayed a lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for candidates' time and expectations. I would caution other job seekers to carefully consider whether they want to engage with a company that exhibits such behavior during the hiring process.
