The interview process began with an initial HR call, where basic personal information was collected and an overview of the process was provided. The first round was an extensive assessment covering aptitude, logical reasoning, technical knowledge, and research skills. This round lasted लगभग 4 hours continuously, making it quite intensive and mentally demanding.
After successfully clearing the first round, I was invited to the second round, which was a technical interview panel consisting of four interviewers. The discussion primarily focused on SQL and Power BI, with a strong emphasis on RegEx-related questions. While I was able to answer most of the SQL and general technical questions correctly, some of the RegEx questions were quite specific and challenging.
The interview concluded without any clear communication regarding the outcome. Unfortunately, there was no formal rejection or follow-up shared afterward, which left the process incomplete from a candidate experience perspective.
Overall, the interview process was well-structured and technically thorough, but extremely time-consuming and could be improved with better communication and closure for candidates.
