The process includes a recruiter call, a HireVue video interview, and a Director-level panel discussion. In the panel, they’ll focus on assessing my past experience and the value I can bring to the company. I should be prepared to present my top two projects, highlighting the key improvements I delivered, the number of people I managed, and the measurable outcomes. In addition, I’ll need to explain how many employees were directly under my supervision, how I supported their growth and mentoring, and the impact of that guidance on team performance and business results.

Three Rounds of Interview with a combination of technical and behavioral questions mostly related to skills required for role based on job description. Difficulty level is medium and with relevant example from industry experience easy to crack.
