took 15 mins and got hired the same day.Since i have experience i skipped the oreintation and they listed me the rules.I met my coworkers and we got along good.
Lotta people in a room together, answer situational questions about what would you do in various situations. cleaning stuff up. what tasks do you priority ect. asked if you had reliable transportation

They kept me waiting for 25 minutes before starting the interview. One interview and they basically approve anyone who applies. As long as you dont care about maangement this should be good for you.
