Fairly easy- two to three interviews. first interview is a vetting interview. second will be with upper leadership. third interview with Team. Previous customer service is a huge plus. Interviews usually 30 minutes to 1 hour.

I was answering behavioral questions about resolving associate conflicts and prioritizing tasks. I used the STAR method to demonstrate my leadership style, emphasizing customer service. I really enjoyed the interview
