Barely an interview. Got asked when I could start and then scheduled an orientation the following week. This is making me type at least 30 words so now I'm just typing this as space. Anyways the process was easy. Can't say it is the same for all locations.

The fully online interview consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on past experiences and situational responses. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, clearly organized, and very easy to complete from start to finish without any issues.

Very simple, previous Walmart employee so they basically just hired me on the spot. Interviewed with manager and answered customer based, situation based, scheduling questions. Over the phone and then in person.
