You walk in to do your interview and they give you a little sheet. This sheet they will go over with you ans it's about pay, safety and schedule. They will also have you go through all the digital training on the computers the same day as your interview or hiring date.

Entrevista
There wasn't one. They hire on the spot. But watch out, you won't get any info about where orientation is and you'll just have to show up and ask, hoping someone knows. You'll get a text from a manager about 2 months later after applying and then set a date. They'll tell you about the job after you have to track down the manager through associates (they won't meet you at the front) and then you'll get an offer letter a few days later.
The Walmart interview was surprisingly straightforward. The questions were basic, focusing on customer service and teamwork. The interviewer was friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a positive and simple experience!
They basically just told me I had the job. The interviewer went over what the job would be like and gave a brief overview. I maybe had to introduce myself.
