Initial interview very basic. The recruiter provided generic questions regarding management styles and experience. The questions were certainly geared towards ability to think on your feet. Do plan to provide specific details on your experience in managing and growing employee skillsets

Entrevista
Went to an exclusive hiring event which had a nice atmosphere and networking opportunities. After the second interview the hiring managers completely ghosted me. The least they could’ve done is tell me I didn’t get the job. Waste of time, effort, and energy. Thought this company was supposed to be professional.
