Easy and simple, you get a call shortly after applying if you submit a resume and the questions only serve to make sure you are competent for the role. Once you have completed the interview you will likely get an offer on the spot and be asked to come in again shortly after for on boarding.

Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
Sat there was asked questions interviewer wasn't really interested in what I had to say and wrote out what they wanted to hear and offered the position on the spot
Easy, it was like one question that was related to my customer service experience and knowledge. Basically, it was confirming that you are a functioning human capable of helping customers.
