Informal. Talked a little bit, he told me about the job and gave me honest information. There was a drug test. The AP manager at the time was Russell and that guy was the best boss I've ever had. Cool guy, very helpful and understanding. So long as you do your job and get results, he doesn't care when you work or if you need a day off.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
