Started with a group interview of about 8 other prosepects, then went to individual. Then, they will ask you some questions.

What position do you think fits you most?
Submit form online and wait for them to respond back with an online interview. Once you pass that you will go to the store for orientation. In my case I got the job quicker by applying during one of their job fairs.

Simple interview process but wasn't one on one. They interview 2-3 candidates at once. They collected a form with availability and insisted on being available during weekends. Conducted by the store manager.

It was okay, was a group interview and done with sheets that we filled out. Was a little confused during some parts of the interview on the instructions but was average.
