Straight forward and conversational. Interview is done in groups with 2 or more people. Questions are generally easy. They ask further questions about what you would do in certain situations from a customer service point of view.

Good, straight forward behavioural focused. Group interview and everyone had a chance to answer. 20 minutes max. Interviewed with a CSM. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, situational questions like describing a time you had a disagreement with a coworker.
