Two rounds of video interviews very straight forward. They didn't probe into any of my responses to validate the scenarios given. They didn't want to discuss compensation with me and would not call me back or reply to my original e-mail asking to do so. Only after a follow up e-mail with back and forth that was a waste of time, they finally stated that they had no room on salary based on the initial offer and wished me luck. They could have said this from the beginning and been professional but after these interactions I had second thoughts.
