I applied online & 2 weeks went by before I heard anything back. An email was sent to me to schedule my interview & I chose the 2pm slot two days later. I was called around 2:04pm & my interview only lasted 7 minutes. The hiring manager introduced herself & asked a few questions (stated below). Then, she told me she was going to move forward with my application. She quickly explained the role, what is expected of me, pay, hours, orientation & the background check. That was pretty much the whole virtual meet & greet aka phone interview.

After applying online you will get a job offer where they will ask you to come in for an interview where they will ask you very simple questions like past retail experience, what your schedule would look like and start day.
