Very brief interview over the phone, they basically asked if I would show up to my shifts and actually be working when I'm on the clock. After I responded they basically hired me on the spot

Will you show up on time, work on the days your scheduled and don't call off, and work on your scheduled shift?
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
