you apply online, take an assessment online. next they review your assessment. If you do well they will call you for a interview over the phone. next step if you do well they will call you to come in person for a second interview

very simple customer service questions, such as how to deal with a difficult customer what actions to take. another question tell me about yourself. pretty straight forward.
The whole process was very quick. They asked the easy and standard questions. The whole interview lasted at most 10 minutes. I was in high school when I interviewed and the store was in need of more employees.
You go into the back room, where freight is held, and wait for a manager to speak with you, it depends on the department. It may even be a personnel manager. It's nothing more than sitting in an office room.
