The interview process was so bad, it's like they didn't read my resume or the questionaire they asked me to complete beforehand, and the interview was cut short when my availability didn't match theirs, even when I had stated my availability 2 times previously.
Easy, basic questions about yourself and company , online application, in person interview, same day offer, next week orientation. Manager was nice, 10-15 minute group interview, ask about comopny, applied for merchandiser

I first applied online and completed the assessment, which was pretty straightforward. After that, I had an interview that included about 2–3 behavioral questions and 1 technical question. The behavioral ones focused on things like teamwork and handling situations with customers, while the technical wasn’t too hard and felt manageable. Overall, the process was simple and not intimidating, and I felt like Walmart kept it direct and to the point.
Easy and smooth interview process. As long as you will show up to work every day and do a decent job they will hire you. Most of the managers were nice and easy to deal with.
