When I was recruited to work with Walmart the HR manager came to my college campus and conducted several on-campus interviews. After the initial in-person interview a phone interview was conducted. Following the phone interview I was offered a position.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
