Interview is not really complicated and it’s to the point. It usually involves a group discussion and assess your thinking capabilities. Takes about 30-60 minutes and it was a good experience

One on one interview with an assistant manager. Half the interview was a question and answer format, the other half was completing a written questionnaire. The total time involved was approximately 30 minutes.

Describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a teammate.
They just handed us availability sheets. It was during a prime covid time so they did not take a significant amount of time asking us questions. It wasn't difficult and I was hired and working within a week of the invitation for an interview.

They called me and just asked if I could tell them about myself and had me list any experience I had, and then they said I had the job. It was a very oddly simple process.
