I was lead into a room and asked questions about my work ethic by a very inexperienced and heavily tattooed department manager. More or less, all I had to say was "Yes, I am a very hard worker." and I got the job. Not hard at all.
Then a manager came in and gave me the exact same questions. Very easy.

Describe a situation in which you had to be a leader.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
