The interview process was rather quick from the time I put in my application. Once they selected me from the canidate pool, an interview was scheduled for two days later. The interview questions pertained mostly to cometencies but there were a few questions about integrity. Overall it was an eyeopening experiance into the minds at Wal-Mart.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
