I talked with the hiring manager who told me they had no record of me even applying for the job so I showed him my glassdoor printout of when I applied and the manager stated to me that next time just apply to the company website online.

I was asked a variety of questions and was able to have a tour of the facility. The interview process was easy and I enjoyed it. It was about 30 minutes to an hour.
