no official interview for sporting goods but there was when hiring me in, it consisted of an assistant manager first then a support manager and of course the zone manger all fthat normally cover the area i would be hired into. then i was given an option to review the position and starting pay which is based mostly on experience. my starting pay was 8.40 an hour because i was a cashier for 2 years at my other job and made 8.80 an hour there. after that i was then asked to go take a drug test.the whole process took about a week start to finish.
