I first applied to Wal-Mart store #170 in May 2011. I didn't get contact until June and it was for an overnight position. It was a 10:00 pm interview I was dressed business casual but did not get the job. They said they will be in contact. The called back in July said the I was being interviewed for Strategic Maintenance and I would be coming in for an interview. The questions were the same as before. The was a ZMS, Supervisor, Asset Management supervisor and Personnel member holding the interview. They each asked a question: give me an example of a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer; a time when you solved a difficult situation etc... I answered the same as the first interview but this time she told me to wait in the photo center. Personnel called my references. Next the had me go to the drug test and told me to report back for orientation on the following Monday.
