Easy and Friendly. The lady asked me some questions about my self and provided info about walmart. She also asked me what if questions that I already answered in the only assessments. Since the job is part time, she pre preapproved me to quit at any time I want

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
