The company openings online. Also through word of mouth within the market area. You apply online. The market Human Resources Manager screens applications and the Store Manager interviews over the phone. If you get selected you get a phone call from Market Human Resource Manager for verbal job offer and other particulars. At some point you will him/her in person to sign the job offer.

Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
