They brought me in and asked a few questions, all very simple I got offered the job later that day. Orientation was a few weeks later. I was on the sales floor a few days after orientation.

What is one time that you can think of that you went above and beyond for a job?
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
