For this role you will need to complete a assessment online 80 manager leadership questions 20 word math problems. Then if you pass then you may be selected for a interview. This could be with the head of HR a store manager or the district manager. You may need to do more then one interview. This processes can take up to 3 months before you see a job offer .

There's no way to know but you need to be in a manager mind set a lot of time there's no right or wrong answer but are you a leader or are you a associate.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however
