It's easy and straight forward. You talk to three managers and then you do the orientation which is about 8 hrs and then you start your training process. After that they put you right to work and for the next 6 months you get evaluated based on your performance and relationship with others and if they like you they keep you.
it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.
