You fill out application online, and take online assesment test. I got a call a month later. I had 2 interviews in the same day, all which took about an hour total. I first interviewed with a manager of a department that wasn't what I was going in for. Than I had 2nd interview in same day with the manager I'd be working with and the store manager. I found out I had job 4-5 days later. They called my personal references and called me few minutes later with job offer. They asked them if I was honest, and if I had a temper problem. I go in Thursday morning for orientation, and will fill out paperwork for drug screen and background check.

Name a time you had a challenging situation on the job and how you handled it.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
