I applied at 8am and received a call at 5pm the same day. I scheduled an interview for the next day and it simply consisted of the basic interview questions that you can find anywhere. I didn't need to take a drug test but did give consent for a background check. Two days later I got a call for orientation the following Monday.

Easy and quick. They ask you why you want to work there and everything else is getting your schedule together. You tell them what hours and days and they tell you what they are thinking and what shifts are available

Interview process was awesome. But next time they should consider to add more panelists at the interview table. I was interviewed by only two panelists which i think they did not ask question exhaustively.
