Difficult process, wouldn’t recommend it to be honest money ain’t worth the headache. The hours are crap and the pay doesn’t match the effort needed, to ensure you are doing your job to the best of your ability.

Phone screening - interview with SM - interview with HR & DM
Process was drawn out much longer than expected and following interview, told I would be contacted once interviews were completed. Attempted to follow up multiple times and got an email over a month after the final interview stating "my offer has been rescinded". Not sure what offer because I never heard back. Poor communication
Pretty fast paced, various questions about current role, obstacles, and accomplishments. Store manager gave ideas on how to get promoted faster like which team lead roles would give me better experience.
