Where do you go to have recruiters and their recruiting coordinators ghost you? You go to Walmart. For such a well-established company, I’m very surprised at the lack of professionalism and empathy stemming from their recruiting team — mainly the duo that I was put in contact with. The initial conversation was very informative — I was really excited for the opportunity to be a part of a new team looking to scale their education efforts. Once I completed the interview with the hiring manager — silence. After sending about 2-3 follow-up emails, I heard absolutely nothing from the recruiter and the recruiting coordinator. Do people sometimes I forget what its like to be on the interviewing end? I really hope that no one else goes through this sorry experience.
