I Interviewed with Walking tree a while back. Interview with HR team was good and informative then i had 2nd round with Lead UX of the company, he was quite a delusional person who was trying to undermine the candidate most of the time (though his background and design skills said something else). He asked me very irrelevant question and was pointing out my design mistake in my previous design and process. for sometime i thought i might me wrong in my design and process until i had another round with one of the AVP of the company and he was such a great guy to talk to he took time to understand my design process and ideology. Best part came when he called that "Lead" person in the room and proved him wrong for every design critique he mentioned in my design.
